What I Am Reading

Doctor Neal B. Schultz book is a real eye opener, is a revelation to me in many ways. My skin is one of the concerns I had for a while now. I read a lot about it but this particular book cover any question that I ever had about my skin. Specially  this chapter about what supplements to take to maintain a balance diet that can support the regeneration  and beauty of my skin. love it!
